PASCAL BIOSCIENCES is identifying new therapeutics to modulate the immune system for controlling cancer and autoimmune disease. One of our three programs is identifying compounds to enhance the presentation of tumor cells to the immune system. This should significantly help eradicate metastatic tumors. A second program is characterizing monoclonal antibodies specific for calcium channels. These targets are up regulated on some forms of leukemia and lymphoma. Our third program is a method to improve elaboration of antigens by immune cells. This technology should create more potent vaccines. We have a very experienced team with broad expertise in the discovery and development of human therapeutics.
