As Principal of the HR Consulting practice for Washington state, Jennifer enjoys working with clients who care about making a positive impact for their customers, clients, employees, and their community. Jennifer draws on two decades of full-spectrum HR in varied industries and training as a Certified Executive Coach to amplify impact at the individual and organizational levels. Her commitment to community shines in Jennifer’s volunteer leadership. She serves on the board of directors for Life Sciences Washington and for the University of Washington Bothell’s Women Alumni Council. Jennifer was recognized as a Puget Sound Business Journal “40 Under 40” and University of Washington Bothell Alumni of the Year. Jennifer holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Washington Bothell and BA from the University of Washington Tacoma.
