Whether you are looking to create impact through a highly scalable venture or a nonprofit, building a deep technology venture is hard for anyone. I-Corps teaches aspiring entrepreneurs key skills to get started, and offers a chance to form long-term connections and support via its weekly bootcamps with other teams and industry mentors.
The program includes four weekly bootcamps that all teams are encouraged to attend. Bootcamp topics may include the below but could also be subject to change.
You will learn how to identify competitive and alternative products and services in order to refine your offering and define your target customer.
As startup founders you will constantly have to tell the story of your venture. Learn some of the key elements behind building a good story and work on your particular story.
You will be taken through the business models that usually receive funding and become successful startups as a way to help you think about the next steps you will need to take in your lean canvas validation.
Get a final chance to practice your storytelling skills and receive feedback on your deck before the closing event.
Keep track of the key dates and deadlines for the current program cycle.
