On January 3rd, teams/solopreneurs will receive an introductory training on customer discover and the lean canvas mindset. Teams will be asked to find and interview at least three people in their ecosystem by January 9th at 11:59pm. Interview summaries will be submitted with the I-Corps teaching team. This challenge is meant to test your ability to commit the time necessary for the program, and leverage all resources at your disposal to reach potential customers. Teams who successfully complete this assignment will be invited to continue to the main program.

Learn what the Lean Startup Method is and why use it
Brainstorm possible customers for your innovation and draw the industry ecosystem they evolve in
Hypothesize the Jobs, Pains, and Gains of your customers and create your first Value Proposition
Draw an initial plan for your Customer Discovery
