Introduction to the Lean Startup and Customer Discovery

All teams who have not participated in an Idea-to-Plan workshop, Innovation Gap Fund Customer Discovery workshop, or a previous I-Corps cohort should plan on attending this workshop.

In this workshop you will:

Learn the Lean Startup Method

Brainstorm possible customers for your innovation

Hypothesize the Jobs, Pains, and Gains of these customers

Learn how to systematically capture what you learn to progress in a deliberate manner
