Amanda Twiss is a seasoned executive and serial entrepreneur with experience in all aspects of founding, financing, building and exiting successful companies.
She co-founded three technology start-ups and participated in leadership roles and on multiple boards in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She is currently a Principal at Garnet Advisors, a boutique consulting organization focused on healthcare and technology innovation.
Amanda co-founded and led OCS, a pioneering SaaS analytics company serving the health care industry. Under her leadership, the company grew from a bootstrap start-up to the recognized industry leader with over 40% national market share. OCS was named among the Deloitte “Fast 50” fastest growing technology companies for 7 consecutive years.
While leading OCS, the company achieved annual top line revenue growth every year and was profitable every year from its inception to its acquisition by National Research Corporation (NASDAQ: NRCI). After the acquisition, Amanda led NRC’s post-acute business unit and the company’s marketing division.
Amanda also co-founded and led an innovative analytics company serving payers and the dental industry (Dentra) along with a pioneering firm measuring physician and hospital performance (HBSI). She is Board Co-President for Broadway Bound Children’s Theater and was previously on the PTA Board and served as Fundraising Chair for Stevens Elementary School. She also served as Board Chair for Dentra and for OCS.
Amanda has a B.S. in Health Administration and Planning from the University of New Hampshire.
